A brand developed by a teenager
Besides the pawsome fragrances, there is another reason to love Pawfumes. A brand that’s slowly becoming a local favourite, Pawfumes has been conceptualised by a young pawpreneur called Aryan Bajaj. An ardent animal empath and a student, Aryan wanted to start something of his own. Something that would connect two things he is passionate about – creativity and love for animals.
“Pets are so close to our hearts. They form a big part of our lives. A big reason why pet products have reached a new high, as pet parents are ever keen to experiment with a variety of grooming solutions and care essentials for their furry buddies.”
Humans of pets are also becoming increasingly conscious about what is good for their beloved pets – be that food, bowls, toys or fragrances. To meet the needs of such conscious pet parents, Aryan nurtured the idea of creating a responsible fragrance brand for dogs and cats. He shared the idea with his father who helped him to research about different aromas.
Let’s dive into a world of pet fragrances
First things first, all Pawfume fragrances are 100% alcohol free, made using natural oils that are safe for pets. The products are cruelty free and made locally in the UAE. The entire line of fragrances are available in 200ml bottles in pet care stores across the UAE and supplied in gallons to grooming salons.
The first collection launched by the brand included three fragrances – Oudhy, Lavender and Powder Note. The Lavender is mild and soothing. Oudhy, the first oudh-based fragrance for pets in the region, is a strong scent of Middle Eastern incense that is becoming quite a hit among the regional audience. And Powder Note is all about the innocence of infancy.
Since the launch of the first collection, the team at Pawfumes have been researching and expanding more unique fragrances for dogs and cats. The range includes Fruit Ninja, Berry Delight, Green Punch and Vanilla Dew. “A cute mini travel pack is also available with three fragrances of 10ml each.
