Meet Barry, Bear and Barney – three dogs who were chained are now looking for a second chance. They are looking for loving homes and humans. Will you give them a second chance to know what love is? To feel the warmth of a home that they can call theirs.
A short backstory
We will really keep it short. All three of them, Barry, Bear and Barney were rescued from a farm where they were kept tied with heavy metal chains. While Bear and Barney spent a few months in that hapless condition, Barry was chained for almost all four years of his life until he was rescued.
As one can imagine, on being rescued a couple of months ago, they needed time and a safe place to eat well, rest and decompress. Now they are ready to go to foster homes. Or better still if they can be taken in together, although that’s not mandatory.

More about the B-pack
Bear
- Size: Small and could be a cross between a sausage chihuahua and a desert dog.
- Age: One year
- Nature: Bear has a wonderful nature. He is lovely with other dogs and cats. He would suit a calm home that lets him settle and have his space. Even though he is not fully trained yet, Bear is quite low maintenance.
Barney
- Size: Barney is Bear’s brother. Small and could be a cross between a sausage chihuahua and a desert dog.
- Age: One year
- Nature: Barney is not trained, will need regular walks and a patient foster human willing to help him learn at his own pace. He needs a foster home preferably with no small children.
Barry
- Size: Medium and perhaps a shepherd mix.
- Age: Four years
- Nature: Barry is a mature dog. Despite a rough past, he is very calm sweet and docile will like a home with another dog. He is friendly and pines for human love. But he is scared as all things are new to him. So, an experienced, work from home, foster will be best suited for Barry.
