First things first, if you’re looking for droolicious treats for your doggos, here’s your chance to meet the pawpreneur, Team Treat Street.
The story goes like this. Sandra and Sofia became besties at the age of four. At seven they started making and selling bracelets, thus becoming business partners. It was a fun activity that they did together in their spare time. Soon they felt the urge to do something more. Being humans of dogs, it seems obvious that they decided to start their pawpreneurial journey together by launching Treat Street in June 2021.
“Our dogs Luna and Roxy inspired us to set up Treat Street. Luna is a husky girl with golden brown fur and blue and brown eyes. While our boy Roxy is a white Maltese with deep brown eyes. Its also them who inspired us to collaborate with animal rescue organisations. Recently we had a charity event in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) where we supported the RAK Animal Welfare Center.

What’s Treat Street all about?
Sandra and Sofia: Treat Street has become a favourite treats brand that many UAE dogs have come to love. We follow healthy recipes and use natural ingredients, different fruits and vegetables with no sugar to make our treats yummy and nutritious. It makes us so happy every time dog parents order treats from us on their dogs’ birthday or other special days. That’s exactly what we wanted to become, part of every family’s celebration with their canine companions.
What are your future plans for the brand?
Sandra and Sofia: Our plan is to eventually get a license to start our own bakery. As of now, everything is done online.
What is that one crazy thing that you’ll do for the love of dogs?
Sandra and Sofia: We want to provide a never-ending droolicious selection of organic treats that our dogs truly deserve. Basically ensure that dogs never run out of treatos.
