Drumrolls everypawdy – it’s one year of Auggie’s Attire! And beyond bandanas and bows, the coolness of this brand comes from the name itself.

Have you met a dog who has a brand named after him?

That’s what Auggie’s Attire is all about. It’s headed by the dog squad Auggie (Chief Paw Officer) and Alfie (Chief Sniff Manager). And together they make quite a pawsome team.

“Ever since Auggie came home two years ago, I had a desire to set up a small home-based business that would be linked with him,” shared human and pawpreneur Keertana Neeraj. “Now he is joined by Alfie and together they are the brand stakeholders.”

So, what’s Auggie’s Attire all about

Auggie’s Attire is all about sassy handmade accessories for dogs – bandanas, bows and matching hair accessories for humans. The brand has also started making collars for the four-legged and tote bags for the two-legged.

“I create every single item with one wish – whenever someone buys from us, they should cherish it. And I try to keep the price points affordable so that more people can access customised products, made just for them,” Neeraj said. “Being a one person run home-based business, where I create, pack and deliver the products, every order is big for us. And every single four-legged and two-legged customer incredibly special.”

Sniffed and approved

When hu-mom created her first product Auggie gladly volunteered to do some fitting and modelling work free of charge. And Auggie enjoyed it so much that till date Alfie and he sniff and approve every product before it is dispatched.

“I call it the magic touch,” Neeraj laughed.

“Before launching Auggie’s Attire I was apprehensive about how customers would respond. And I must say, the dog-loving human community has been very warm and supportive.”

One year of Auggie’s Attire and Neeraj has already launched an e-commerce website. Slowly but surely, she also plans to grow the product range further.
