Turkey Balls: Recipe by Karen and Jeannine Becker
Ingredients:
- Ground turkey – 1 cup (preferably free-range organic turkey)
- Egg – 1
- Chopped parsley – 1 teaspoon
- Cottage cheese – 1/4 cup
- Sweet potato cooked, peeled and mashed – 1/2 cup
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together, and then roll into one-inch balls.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
- Let it cool once done and then serve.
- Store extra turkey balls in the refrigerator to be consumed within one week. If stored in the freezer, this treat can stay fresh for up to three months.
Fishy Turkey Bites: Recipe by Karen and Jeannine Becker
Ingredients:
- Ground turkey – 1 cup (preferably free-range organic turkey)
- Wild-caught Alaskan sockeye salmon, drained – 7 1/2 oz. can
- Sweet potato, cooked and mashed – 3/4
- Egg – 1
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together, and then spread into a greased 9×13- inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Loosen the edges and flip onto a clean cookie sheet, bottom side up. Bake for another 20 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
- Store in the refrigerator and consume within one week. If stored in the freezer, this can stay fresh for up to three months.

- Ground turkey – 1lb (preferably free-range organic turkey)
- Egg – 1

- Shredded cheese (optional) – ¼ cup
Directions:

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until brown.
- Let it cool down and then serve. Alternatively, you can store it in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
